Community Links and Bug Fixes

• There has been a lot of behind-the-scenes updating this weekend. I have fixed many layout bugs and adjusted the designs of some elements.
• Links to other active Ogre Battle and Tactics Ogre fan sites have been added to the navigation menu for easy access.
• The Special Characters page has been added to the navigation menu for easy access.
